Josh, I think Obi-Wan is one of your best because, at least going by what I've seen around here and your site, it seems to be the most creative in every way. It is such a perversion of the base material and so abstract from any reference point for the character, it's just all you and your inner artist shining through in full force. Much as I hate seeing my beloved hero fall, if he has to fall, your way is the best way to go!

Thanks Sean.... That is an amazing write up... If my stuff were a movie, this would be one of the quotes to help sell tickets.

Also... I realised it was a bad mistake to set Faramir's gentle soul next to the Kurgan.

I wonder where his head went?

I haven't had Josh do a repaint for me yet, but I did have the privilege of photographing Marc's Ghost Anakin from Josh, and I'll tell you, I'd seen a lot of pictures of Josh's work on here, but none of them prepared me for the quality of seeing it in person. He does an incredible job and I'm very glad Marc entrusted me to shoot his Anakin, it was great to finally see Josh's work in all it's glory.

Thanks Marc! It's great to see them all in a row like that! And with Les' wonderful Luke looking over them as well... that is freakin sweet!

And great Kurgan pic too... poor Faramir... where has his head gone??

And thank you as well Sean! I'm happy you got to have that Anakin with you for the picture shoot, that was one of my favorites. And I'm glad you liked it as well, your shots made it look fantastic. Wish I could get you to shoot all my stuff.

Have you ever tried repainting and old Obi Wan to look younger..say later Clone Wars period?

Not as of yet, but there is good news... This weekend is going to be all about the paint work and I am going to tackle Hunk and try to get at least halfway done with him. My backlog has gotten out of hand and I am going to hammer it back down and get it to a manageable state again. So keep an eye out for updates man, they are coming soon.

Tonight was very very eventful. I got done with several projects, one personal and 3 commissions. Finished a Hudson/Hicks conversion and Blofeld as well as continued work on a Frontline Apone. It was a great night! Pics tomorrow...
