Sounds like the toy gathering got the better of you. I go through that from time to time myself so I know as well.
This trip I just went on, to see my brother's kid, well, it cost me a lot, and there went plenty of figures on the cancel line, and I didn't go to the Custom show in San Jose on the 1st of September due to pressures to go to see my nephew (of the two, I went to the right place though...glad I did...). Either way, I was gonna be out some serious dough. Got to pull out myself.

But you will rally. I know it. I can see activities and buddies working behind the scenes now...you'll work it out. And you are not alone.

It will work out. If I can be of any help, let me know.

Glad you had fun at Universal. That's good for something. Remember that.

Not a problem Ven. It sucks but all I can do is move forward and get past it.

And don't worry man, should be an update soon on your stuff. And everyone that has been waiting for a shipment will be happy to hear that Friday I will send everything out that I am currently finished with.

Thanks guys.... I keep trying to capture how cool he looks on the shelf. He really commands the whole damn show up there, I'm still stunned I painted it. Wish I could convey it a bit more with some nice pics.

Should be some new stuff soon guys, so keep a look out. I'm finally coming out of that damn funk I've been in these past few days.

Thanks a lot guys... I think Obi is my new personal favorite repaint. Just really fun in every way and still strikes me when I see it on my shelf.

And Les, to answer the question... I just painted the letters freehand on there, starting with a rough outline and working my way to a finished stand. It will be used with a future custom, but for now Obi is holding it down. I used the cup you gave me as a reference for the Casino Royale logo.

Josh, I think Obi-Wan is one of your best because, at least going by what I've seen around here and your site, it seems to be the most creative in every way. It is such a perversion of the base material and so abstract from any reference point for the character, it's just all you and your inner artist shining through in full force. Much as I hate seeing my beloved hero fall, if he has to fall, your way is the best way to go!
