That Joker is out of this world. The paint job is AMAZING! The head sculpt is simply beyond words. What a wonderful take on the character. He just screams sinister. Thanks for sharing DA.

Thanks a bunch guys... Joker was a lot of fun and just what I needed to get me back on track with the rest of my commissions. Paint shopping tomorrow will renew my paint stores, so new "non black and white" work will start again!

Thanks a lot Paul! And I will also go ahead and do some of the clothing weathering with my remaining brown tonight... just to get started with those that I am working on at the moment.

Here is my best attempt at salvaging the Phantom SSE PF. I always felt they took away too much of the sculpt detail and the darkness... So I put that back in and redid the eyes. Hope you guys enjoy it!

Great news guys! I have the paint in hand and have been busting my hump all day to try and catch up a bit. Almost finished 4 heads and will be done with them tomorrow, so pics when I get there. Also doing some clothing weathering tomorrow, to get that out of the way.

Just glad to have my paint and be able to get somewhere here...

How's the Ledger Joker coming along DA?

Yep, Batty from the end of Blade Runner. I recently re-watched the film and was just hit right in the face by Rutger's performance, especially at the end of the film. Such a magnificent character and death scene. Reminded me why I love that film so much.

As for Ledger, it's coming... just slowly. I am still in desperate need of the suit and parts, that are coming eventually. And put the painting on hold to get done with all of these commissions before starting back on personal projects. But it should get moving here sooner or later. Still on the hunt for jacket material and hoping I can get some sewing skills.

I know what you mean. I'm having the same problems too. Even a vest is hard to find! I'd be happy if I could just get the jail shot outfit completed. Can't wait to see your's painted!

Your tortured souls/Freddy's chest/whatevertheheckitis is freaky! Was a neat second chance item, especially since you had to paint it.

that anguish piece is so beautiful i almost have to wipe a tear from my eye. only freaks like us would find greatness in something so evil looking.
