That sucks dude, hope you feel better. I pulled something in my pectoral/shoulder in college lifting weights and it was the worst, it felt like I was being stabbed evertime the muscle flexed, I had to reach for things like I had arthritis or something. Not as bad as when I ^^^^ed up my traps though, got a knot in that my senior year, couldn't move my neck at all without pulling on it, that took weeks to get over, right during some peak time of my senior year too which sucked.
Go easy on it and don't push to get back on your feet, it sucks but better to miss out on things than pushing it too early.
