Hello all,

I'm having Josh work on repainting the first Sideshow Ash figure. It was suggested at one point to me to buy the Hot Toys body to replace the Sideshow body. I can't remember where to find these Hot Toys bodies, can anyone help me out?

Also, will a Sideshow head fit onto the Hot Toys body without modification?

All I know is a SS head can fit on almost any body type. Just need to watch for scale issues.

Well, those bad boys are in the mail! I tried my best to snap a decent pic, but these two were the best I could muster..... Jules turned out a lot better than Vincent, but the sculpt was very unforgiving. Still, they look much better than this pic in hand. I just had to get this bad camera angle just to get a decent clear shot.

And yeah, that Vince head is wanting...not your work, the sculpt. I'd call it a ballpark Vincent. But Jules rules. That is the you are about to die Jules.

That Jules head has no forehead! Your paint work is nice as always but those sculpts definately could have used a bit more work.

God do I wish! Jim and Bruce turned out fantastic... but sadly I had to box those bastards up and ship em... so I didn't have much time to think. They came in right under my self imposed deadline..

Can't wait to see your shots though. I was especially happy with Jim.

Thanks Pix..... Yeah it was hard to do and took a lot of work, but I used a pic from the back of the DVD and it gave me all I needed. Even the placement of the eyes!

Can't wait to try it out again on Rocky!
