I think this might be the same situation as the Daredevil comiquette and the She Hulk PF where it listed the ex as sold out and suddenly when it was released they were back up for purchase.

These dates being pushed back is all about the state of the industry right now. Nothing is selling...they artificially place a "sold-out" tag on an item in hopes of generating more interest in the piece. Months pass before they get the numbers they need to actually have the piece produced. There's no way in the world they're gonna sit on hundreds of these, no way.
Now if you're talking Joker PF..then that indeed is a sell-out and should get released "on-time".
