Got my nrd back without asking for it.

Anyone else get their refunds? I got shipping and 3 flex payments back ? I'm confused on that. Maybe they are expecting the delay to be 3-4 months ?

Update they gave me a full refund. Hopefully they release it soon.

Damn, I had this down to one flex payment and shipping. I don't want my $$$ back. I'm willing to let them keep it. I hope they don't refund my money.

I was just refunded in full with NRD. This was not requested on my part. I sure hope this does not mean that this piece will be resolicited at a higher cost with a higher edition size in the future as I find that particular practice to be among the worst in the hobby.

I wonder if our original order is still protected or secure in some way? Does the full refund mean the order was cancelled? It looks like the reg is still available for order... I must say that I have found the lack of communication in this somewhat baffling. While we don't have to know everything, something is still better than nothing. I got no head's up that a full refund was coming. The unrequested NRD refund threw me for a loop. Sideshow should step in and communicate.

The Darkseid is still listed as 'shipping soon' on my order list...

Haha correction, they haven't told us what the actual plan is. They were purposely vague when I was asking them and it sounds like everyone else got the same response which were basically non-answers

I just checked the calendar on their site and all of my flex payments for Darkseid were removed. I checked the order itself and all of my flex payments have been removed. I didn't request a refund. I have no problems waiting and making my last flex payment when the PF is ready to ship. I sent them an email on the subject but I'm not sure anything can be done now. This is very frustrating. I had no idea this was coming and since there was no communication on SSC's part, this caught me off guard. Since it looks I received a full refund (including the NRD), I have no idea what's going on with the order. I still have an order number so I'm hoping that it's still valid. I'll wait to hear back from them to find out what's going on.

My order still says processing. I used $200 in reward points on him so if they're going to refund anything then I hope I get those points back as well.

Well, I stand corrected. I just went back and looked at the delay email and it did state that we would get refunded. I just thought they would do it upon request. It looks like everyone received a refund. My order still says processing as well. I just remembered that I converted him into full pay (I just had 1 payment left on flex) because I wanted this to ship to as soon as it arrived at their warehouse. It just blows that I had this bad boy almost paid off and now I'm back to square one. Oh well, at this point I'm just glad my order seems to still be active.

They said the reward points would stick with my order and a new flex payment plan would be setup once they had a more accurate production date in place. So basically they restarted the clock. Everyone gets their money back, and once there's a clear understanding on when it'll be ready, then they'll recharge...

So hooray, that'll make paying for my Arkham Knight Batman Statue a heck of a lot easier.

Yeah, I just heard back from an SSC rep today. They basically have no idea yet when this will be ready to ship to their customers so everyone got a refund. They definitely hit the reset button on this.

Thanks. I don't want to cancel the order so I'll just leave the points with Darkseid. I wish they could at least give us an estimated release date. As it stands, I bet it's not until sometime next year.
