I only did this because I wanted a better figure on my shelf.... lol wasn't expecting this kind of reaction to it. But I'm appreciative.
I'll be (obviously) doing a Sith version too... but I have so much on at the moment that I'm going to leave it and let you lot do yours, and I'll sit back and enjoy watching other people paint the casts. I'll get some pleasure from that....
plus, any chance to watch talented people paint things is always good as far as I'm concerned. And if it's on a sculpt that I worked on for weeks/months and know inside out? then that'll just make watching them come together all the more interesting to me.
When I come to do mine I wouldnt be surprised if I ended up resculpting them again, adding more hair... maybe changing mouth expressions... depends how mad I feel at the time, lmao. So just in case I
do that, I'll want to give myself time to do it.. and time (for myself) is just something I dont have at the moment.... so I'd rather leave it so I can do it properly.. in my own time.
I did sculpt them though in a way that they
couldbe painted 'mid fight' so to speak. The extra hair flopping down on Obi-Wan, and the same on Anakin should allow for a 'fake messy' look to be created with them. I deliberately did them that way so they were midway between the neatest the look, and the messy look they have when fighting... because I knew people (like myself) would be wanting to have them both jedi brothers, and mortal enemies
