ROTJ is my pick, but ESB would be a close second. Although honestly I'm not really into these so its a moot point.

But, even though its not the most exciting I could actually see buying a meditation one since it would be a great stand alone piece.

yea i think they could all be awesome, and if you are into the VS dioramas, Bespin would be cool. But in reality for me, the only one I would buy is Meditation Chamber due to its sleek design and standalone abilities.

I voted for the Bespin gantry, but I'd prefer a statue with lightsabers. As cool as things get once Luke loses his hand, that was my favorite duel in the entire saga.

The meditation chamber would be cool, as would the end of ROTS, but I'd rather have both of those in 1:6.
