I remember hearing (or reading) somewhere that the Anakin portait is removed when the mask is on. So as far as I understand it you can't really reenact a reveal moment yourself.

That's what I've heard and it makes sense. In real life, you can snugly fit Shaw's face into the mask, plus I have a feeling there were no inner gizmos just padding, but where the bust has details in the mask and the head will be a solid mass with no flexibility, the rules of a real face won't work, you can't squish the ears because they won't move. I also think it has to do with the paint and protection of the Anakin portrait. You might be able to put the mask on with the head inside but it might be so close a fit you risk scratching the head with the mask, so the recommended means is to just use the head when it's revealled, that way it stays intact. I'd love if that were the case, I'd like to do photos or something recreating the reveal.

Wait Lists always send a notice that it's going to fulfull but give you a chance to cancel if you not longer want it and just hadn't cancelled your WL order yet. However, I would assume the deposit gets charged once it becomes a real order, so I'd be sure to have that money in your CC at all times or be ready to get it in there ASAP once you convert as it only takes a few days for WL orders to change over.

I never get a WL conversion notice or e-mail, I just check my account daily and it just happens....
Really? I always get an email stating that due to blah blah blah an item has become available to fulfill my Wait List, it'll automatically convert unless I cancel.

Nope, they never tell me... I always have to keep an eye on certain products because it will automatically convert and charge my account and then I get a UPS notification...

I've only had one WL convert after the item arrives and it was so long ago I don't remember how it happened, the rest have come while the item's still in production, maybe it's because they're not rushing to get inventory out the door

Yeah I got converted on a few Marvel pieces, the Mystique Ex and the Scarlet Witch Ex and both of those just converted on my account (I always check the reward points page in order to see any new profiles) and they haven't shipped... well the Mystique just started but still no word or notification for Scarlet Witch letting me know that I have her.... I really hate that I have to keep on eye on it daily but oh well I guess that adds to the excitement and hope for a conversion on a few pieces

Whenever ppl talk about getting conversion notices that's when I was like "what are those...!??!? I never get anything like that" that is when I realized something was not right.
Seems strange, if you didn't get any emails, then it might make more sense, but no WL ones doesn't really add up at all.
