It says "and interchangeable hands" in the description. Do you have to dress/redress the figure or is there just a full blown arm that comes off at the shoulder?
Also, it doesn't come with a lightsaber, at least one isn't pictured.

Oh didn't see that, sounds like possibly they switched from posable to interchangeable.
If they did that it was after my involvement.

Arms will be poseable and there will be multiple switch-it hands to create iconic gestures of Vader. Unknown if a lightsaber will be included or not with this piece yet.
