Darth Vader Lord of the Sith PF Replacement Lightsaber?

Does anyone have any advice on replacing or modifying the lightsaber for this PF? I purchased used and was aware of the issue beforehand and saved a bunch of money, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience modifying the lightsaber or replacing it? The search function doesn't appear to work on the forum. Thanks.

That one is new enough SS may have extras.

I have a broken lightsaber also from Darth Vader Lord Of The Sith Sideshow Premium Format Statue. Neon tube inside snapped. So of course doesn’t light up anymore. Any help would be appreciated.
