i wonder if we can remove the lightsaber blade just like the savage opress pf. this way we can display vader holding only the hilt. i hope someone can confirm this.

they probably just put it together incorrectly, there are other problems, even with the head regardless of the neck it doesn't sit right on the torso either

It's just hovering above the shoulders.

Someone probably put some putty in the neck so his head purposefully looked at that angle. The displays are often very tall at SDCC, and if Vader's head was set flush no one would be able to see his mask since he looks upwards already.
