Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I was just talking about DC, but yes. I put him in my top 10 fictional characters along with Batman, Superman, Lex, and Joker because I think he also adds a new angle. He is the anti-hero in my opinion. I put Daredevil in my list too, but he's not one of the big archetypes like Batman, Superman, Lex, the Joker, and the Punisher too me.

I don't know every comic book character. Heck, I'm not even familiar some popular ones, so that's why I'm asking!

One other character that has a brilliant ideology is Supreme Power Nighthawk. This Nighthawk is black and his parents were killed by rednecks because they were rich Afro-American folks, which has turned him into a "prejudiced-to-racist" person. He's not the best guy to hang around with, but he has some real powerful stuff. Here:

Woah, thanks senpai :duff Will read Bloodshot and that Punisher Volume. Can't wait for new MK run, I like Smallwood (NPI), I think his art was the weakest of the last run though.

One more question :lol If I were to start reading Punisher? Where should I start?

I've always thought about becoming a fan of the Punisher but he was always too edgy for me :lol

Punisher? Skip the old stuff and head straight for Ennis. "Born" which is a mini set in the war in Vietnam is violent, gross, off-putting, but brillaint all the same. Really, all of Ennis' Punisher stuff are like that. Vulgar, violent, gorry and sometimes sickening, but there's something about them that makes them great. They're real, they do not pull any punches or try to portray Frank as hero. He's a cold blooded murderer who somehow manages to make a difference, good or bad. If you don't mind the violence, I'd check Ennis' Punisher and Nick Fury.

PS1: The MK/Frank pic is from the 2008 Moon Knight vol. The one with him looking like Solid Snake is from the Greg Rucka, 2013 or so Punisher run.

PS2: Nighthawk and Punisher will be getting new ongoings as well sometime this year.

With Nighthawk I think I'm good with Squadron Supreme for now, I just started that one, if I get into the character I'll get the solo.

Mainly interested in Hyperion.

Personally Squadron didn't hook me. I read the first 3 or so issues, but it just didn't stick with me. Honestly, I think I'm gonna drop the Big 2 apart from certain titles. Everything's gone to hell IMO. Same stories, same "game changing events", same stunts, same, same, same. I'd rather read a complete story from an indie writer, rather than get relaunches every 6 months. I mean, look at this right here:

Okay Marvel, we get, you're Meta. You're coomenting on the guys on the internet commenting on your stunts. It was "fun" the first few times, but now it's tedious. Stuff like this is what makes me go to Image and the like. TWATD features an extremely diverse cast, but it tells a damn story, it hammer its "messages" to you.

:lol

Y is Frank Cho so based?

There was a whole flame war between Cho and Rodriguez after the Milo Manara Spider-Woman cover. It "ended", but Cho still does these "OUTRAGE" sketches. And let me tell you, they go for a pretty penny in the after-market...

Thanks to everyone who responded with the animated recommendations. :hi5:

I'll get around to watching them.

Poster analysis now...:slap

Dem Youtubers gotta make mad cash somehow. I mean, why do something useful and tiresome when you can just ramble inconherently to one another about things even a 6 year old could notice?
