Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I don't care for that cutesy stuff but everything about this movie looks so awesome. Thanks for sharing, Ouija-die!

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

They all look quite cool but that Joker costume (or lack of) is my least favourite outfit he wears in the movie.

I find those style collectibles silly by all means. Katana looks best of them.

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Hmm, Native American hangman guy is mysteriously absent! Coincidence, I'm sure. Anyone know the identity of the angry doll next to Joker, second row from the bottom?

Skull face guy makes a great Popko figure, and I'm not generally a fan of those.

He's probably the first to go. You know, the example the bombs placed on them actually work. He's probably got 30 seconds of screen time :lol

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

I'm betting he's like the joke kill of the movie, where he's the one who tries to run and winds up getting his head blown up.:lol

Re: DC's "Suicide Squad" (August 5th, 2016)

Look at all this ****. It is literally terrible. Not even POPs can make this movie look good. Joker is probably the worst iteration of any character ever.

"Not even pop can make this movie look good." :lol Is that a joke? Since when do those things EVER look good?

They are only sold at every major store...... so I would say they look good nearly everytime.

Pop figures are trendy garbage and not a good indicator of something's quality or making anything look good. Those Suicide Squad collectible things look just as bad as all the other POPs from other lines.

People are going to eat up the Joker and Harley stuff whether it be Hot Toys, DC Collectibles or statues. It's going to be big.

Yeah, I'm buying every DCC and HT Joker like a nice little DC sheep. More meaningless plastic crap that will take space and be "cool" until the next iteration of those characters come out :yess:

I wouldn't call it "trendy garbage." There aggressive licensing strategy and branching out into other vinyl figures, 6", 3.75", and more shows to me that they are here to stay unlike the Beanie Babies craze.

Agreed. They look absolutely ridiculous.
