Yeah, I think so. Dad especially likes to go to the movies with me. At least some of them and the old man loves comic-con after going so many times. Mom is the main person that got me into Middle-earth. Though, I know some folks think it's strange that my parents do these things.

It's not strange at all. You all happen to have the same interests.
Even going to the Mizzou games with your dad is time well spent.
Make every minute count. :hi5:

Cesar looks pissed. :lol

I'm curious as to when he's pissed though as judging from the trailers...

He first gets pissed off when the humans invade his turf.

He then works it out with some of the humans and become 'friends'

Going by the trailers the last act looks like Caesar and Maurice's group are trying to save the humans from Koba's group (maybe, I could be wrong...)

I'm still trying to figure out at what part in the movie Caesar goes berserk with the war paint?...

Just got back from seeing this...I'd say that it's even better than Rise. The interaction between the apes was fantastic to watch, and I'm not ashamed to say that quite a few scenes made me cry.

The plot is predictable, but...'Dawn' of the apes...surely everyone would already know where the story is going. Can't wait for the next instalment :rock

I didn't think this movie would have that emotional side to it.

Got my tickets for the double. Gonna fly solo. Dad has a meeting for the new Fire/EMS station they're building so he won't get out of that in time. Guess I'll see it again this weekend.

I am getting so excited to see this. The positive reviews are only helping with that. I am watching this at midnight tonight with my brother and nephews. My oldest brother is the biggest Apes fan I know so it will be fun to watch it with him! Hail Caesar!!!!!!!

Saw the film, loved it! Definitely one of those cases where the sequel is better than it's predecessor, in my opinion. Caesar is a boss.

And as has been mentioned, there's an emotional side to the film. It got me quite a few times. More times than I care to admit. :lol

It's a disgrace even Australia get it before us:mad:

:gah:

It was reassuring to hear a couple of other people in the cinema sniveling along with me, and that it wasn't just me being a big baby :lol
