I was thinking exactly the same thing lol Who knows though maybe he needs them on long flights or maybe we just never knew he was incontinent

Or are you talking about the red trunks that are worn over his blue tights?

On a 400 dollar PF I wouldn't want to "customize" anything. Have you seen this figure? He looks amazing. His outfit is fine. The only problem I see is fabric coming lose between his waist joint where they glued him. Hopefully the factory won't miss that. Other than that, he looks fantastic.

Nope m8... Since I started posting pics from SDCC the linked uploads/views from my photobcuket account has spiked.... And it used up the 10GB free bandwidth I had, and it did it in just the last WEEK. I figure other sites have linked the images as well, and I upload big pics. SO unless I buy more bandwidth my pics won't come back up till nextMonday or Tuesday. I guess my tendency to make the image links here so people don't have to got directly to photobucket shot me in the foot. If you copy the hyperlinks you can still go to my account though

I agree that he looks great - but his red trunks were a thinner material at last year's Comic-Con and I think they looked superior to the slightly thicker material being used on the piece shown at this years Comic-Con.

For the prices we pay for these things, we shouldn't have to customize a thing. However, it is done all the time, because at the end of the day the lot of us are sticklers for detail.

Still a purchase of course but really frustrating how epic the prototypes are compared to the production pieces

Mmmm my only problem is his undies/tights look a bit naff but other than that I am happy with Superman. I don't know if they actually confirmed this as a produciton piece though maybe one of the other guys can confirm

It had better be a production piece. For the money, he needs to be perfect and I think SS knows that. There isn't much to paint on him so I'm sure he will look as seen. I think the undies look fine.

I hope your right MM. After seeing the new Conan PF at $460 we might all be looking back in a years time wondering how we got Superman for $400 in the first place

I would love to see a light up feature... it works awesome with GL... I think will give a really unique touch to the exclusive.

Oh heck yea. I'm just hoping, like many others, that they adjust the EX eyes. I personally don't care for a light up feature as much as I'd simply like the Ex to have painted red eyes.

I like how the EX looks so I personally don't want a change... if happens I won't die inside or anything, but I will be dissapointed. IMHO a third COH with just red eyes would be the best solution to make everyone happy. I will also add that I have been paying attention to a lot of the other collection threads and vids, and I personally havent seen a Supes that is as good as this one.
