Its ice and snow too. Not 100% crystal

ink having grown up in Northern Ontario, and having spent my fair share of DAYS out on the ice and snow... I can HONESTLY say I have never seen any of it that was THIS color of blue ....

Yeah I d get what you are saying, and i know they are taking the design right out of the Superman Movies, I guess I would like something that just looks a little less bland.

Technically it's not really made out of ice and snow. It's an actual crystal. The fortress is a bit vague anyway, he's had multiple fortress bases that were not in the arctic.

It's more just like a structure that he calls home as opposed to an actual place that exists. I prefer the flying poses myself although I don't mind this one.

If it could look more crystallized that would be nice. Should look more like smokey ice.

Just make it a bit transparent.

It's kind of hard to get cool effects with painted polystone (factory painted). Unless they made it plastic which I would hate.

Not sure why they could not have used the same type of "resin" they used on the Green Lantern PFF base. Too late now I guess... it would definitly benifit from looking more translucent or crystal like. I have loved the pose since day one, but was never a fan of the base coloration. It looks like a bunch of blue pastels that I had to use in art class

Just lost interest, DC is all about Batman for me.
Superman looks good and I hope he turns out well for those that have him on order, even with the new changes. I was able to get my NRD moved to another order so I'm not stressin and no regrets. Just being more discriminating with my orders.
