As a new comer to this crazy world of collecting, is this a Pf that in 12 months time will be going through the roof or will it just be one that is always on ebay because of the high production run? Im not asking to make money im just trying to get an idea of will it be a grail piece. cheers

I wouldn't say through the roof but it will be prob a bit more on the after market depending on how the EX eyes hold up in hand. You will likely find them on the bay too but at a premium.

IMO, I don't think this will reach "grail" prices as the ES is too high when you add in the regular edition. As KingB stated, probably a bit more than retail, but nothing crazy. A lot of it is hinging on how well SS executes the final production piece. But moving 7000 statues at $400 a crack isn't easy, no matter how popular the character.

My advice is to pick your lines and stick with them. Don't let hype get you to PO stuff you're not into.

Unless you've got stacks of $$$ in which case buy it all!

This is great advice! Not following it is probably why so many burn out in this hobby. I mean EVERYTHING generally looks so good, hard to be disciplined without having a set of ground rules about what you want to collect going in.
