Yeah but I don't think his style would fit on that PF, or on a PF period. Better suited to maquettes or dioramas.

I think you have the looking downward part correct. Nothing confirmed as far as light up eyes nor PO date unless you know something I don't. PO likely won't be until fall or around Christmas.
