The leaning issue (at least on mine) was due to the base pad on the right side being flattened. I replaced the pads with plastic ones from Wal-Mart and my leaning disappeared.

The "leaning" was so subtle that I only noticed it when I got my new Besta cabinet.

Just wanted to echo this. Had a look at mine yesterday, and the pad on the cap side was getting crushed. It was causing the base to lean at an angle. Mine is otherwise fine, but I can see how if you have warm temps, a bad base, etc, this could contribute to a problem. I don't move mine either. Have since added a pad and am not worried, but everyone should check. Also, I had to wait and wait for mine, so anyone who got theirs first may have had this going on awhile now.

I put my order in around May 16th and it shipped last Friday. I can not wait to get this Superman. I'm new to the pf world and missed the ex but, still really excited to get the reg.

Not wishing to fuel the sculpted vs cloth cape discussion... But I was following some coverage from MintInBox on Sideshow (MintInBox.net - Sideshow Inside Tour), and when checking out the Bale PF photo, I noticed that in the top right corner you can see a comic Superman PF with [what appears to be] a cloth cape. Looks like SideShow was experimenting with this as an option.

Now, I love the sculpted cape, and have yet to see any leaning issues, but I wonder why the cloth cape never made the cut... if that is, indeed, a cloth cape.

Nice catch on pf supes with cape on the shelf. I did not see that. Would have been nice to have cloth cape included plus the sculpted cape. I still love the sculpted cape, but would be nice to have both to display.

Looking at picture again, the cape may be sculpted. If it is sculpted, they probably went with the more dynamic cape that shipped with him. If that's the case, glad they went with what we have.

Agreed. If that is sculpted, I'm very happy they went with the dynamic one we all received. However, it's difficult to tell anything from that photo as it's pixelated when zoomed in. A posable cape would have been a pretty cool option, however.
