So about 6 months ago I started to work on a custom head for this based on Jim Lee's work. After about a month of help from you guys I managed to get to this.



Well after 5 months of study, and a brand new base mesh started from scratch, well, here is where he is at....



I think I am going to tilt the head down so that he is looking down a little more then the EX head. I want to thank you all for all of your help and advice folks.

They PF stands edith anything else I have seen... It is an amazing piece. I hope this adds to it.

Lol... Well I a, glad you like it vegan... It was a lot of fun to do.

Three Headsculpt in 2 weeks has been a lot of fun, and I learned a lot. Now to get them printed ...lol ... Oh and finish them up of course...lol

Thank you for the kind words venawn. The finishing details and touches will be a matter of going in right close and tweaking things and adding textures. The dedication and hard work is actually very easy for me. I have always been attracted to creating works of art base on comicbook characters; I think my first drawing was of Spiderman at age 3 or 4. Then add in the fact I have been a fan of Jim Lee for 25 years, and have become a huge fan of statues....well... This really is a labour of love.

The heads that are on the PF currently are utter works of art done by two masters. They are honestly two of the BEST headsculpts I have ever seen, and throw in the amazing paint jobs, and they make the PF perfect. Mine is just me tipping my cap to one of my favorite artists of all time, while trying to do wha you are saying. Make something relatively unique and something people will enjoy.

Easy on his front curly hair. Mr. Green swear it got a mind of its own. Look at that thing trying hard to flex its 2 finger hand and the biceps and triceps. Or is it a subliminal "S" symbol, Mr. Green caught?

He's like my 27th SSC piece but I feel the same way. This is just an incredible PF and holds up well against the best of SSC's pieces. GREAT pics by the way. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys...Superman CR Hot Toys was my 1st 1/6 figure as well. I guess I'm a bigger fan of Supes than I thought lol
