So if you decide you want to keep the statue, do you guys have to pay the NRD back? Or just the difference?
What difference are you thinking about? I believe we all received FULL refunds (NRD included). That means we should all be starting from scratch again. They'll first charge everyone the NRD again (for anyone with a PO), take flex payments (if you're on flexpay) once they have a shipping date, or you'll be charged in full (minus the NRD) when the item is ready to ship. We are basically starting all over again with the exception that they will be honoring our original PO. To my knowledge, all of us that POd the piece and didn't cancel have a processing statue on our original PO. That's what it says for my order status on their website. So, now we are just left with the waiting.
You got everything back except for the original NRD if you keep the order

Congrats! Looks great. Love the poseability of this one and the natural drape of the non-wired one. I may actually have to invest in a wired one too. Great video.

Thanks Sammy! Thanks for sharing your video as well! It really helped make my decision a whole lot easier as far showcasing the fabric. I'm definitely going to get a wireless cape from him as I love how it drapes over the PF. If SS retools the current mold into a Kingdom Come Supes, I think it would look perfect.

How long does a "delay" have to be to justify the refund of the NRD?
Whatever they feel like.
SSC updated the ship date on my order to Nov 2016-Jan 2017. This is actually a lot sooner than I expected.
Still don't understand why they refunded everyone's NRD, if it is only going to be a 5-7 month delay. I think the Winter Soldier Captain America PF has been delayed for about a year now.

guys i give you update with my broken superman PF in leg cause cloak weight, those who didnt know what im talking about they can look posts week ago. So me case probably going to end, ebay seller kiarenzafunnydreams dont care and he dont want contact with sideshow, im 400 USD lost beucase this piece of **** dont give a ****, sorry im furious on this guy, please be aware of him, probably today i throw out statue, thanks guys for helping me but as you can see if you find seller unfair seller you lost your money, thats it
