Yeah I love all the info in there. I don't like the idea of back-up stories but it does sound like a really interesting part of the whole arc. Plus the crossover thing actually sounds good, sounds like when the court of owls attack its gonna be something biiiig.

Wow, that is a great interview. Thanks for posting.
No worries!
Yeah it is a great interview isn't it. You can tell by his answers that Scott Snyder is one of those people who really pours 110% into his work and gets excited just telling people about what he's got in store. I've noticed in a couple of interviews of his now that he really gets into the answers, rather than just one or two sentences with basic info.

I actually went back and purchased extra copies for friends. This needs to be read as a single print issue to be fully appreciated.

Mother ____. I have a whole 8 hours until I get to my comics today. Stop talking about them! :lol

Ohhh Batman #5 is so good. I do wonder if some of the images on some pages are upside down. Its not the whole page but only 3-4 side.

Batman #5 was AMAZING!!!

When the New 52 launched, I took it as an opportunity to jump on board monthly bat books, and also to utilize my iPad2 as a comic reader. I have loved the way comics glide as each panel fades in and out of one another, making even the dullest of comics come to life in a brilliant way. But this was no dull comic... this was (as mentinoed above) an experience. To read thru a comic on the iPad, you simply tap the right of the screen to move to the next panel.. but THIS comic moved forwards, backwards, I had to turn the ipad upside down, the turn it on its side and in doing so, would forget which side was the "next" side so i'd mess up and go backwards before going forwards again... all adding to the disorientation Batman and we were experiencing. It was, in a word: Awesome!!

Wow. Batman #5 was hauntingly cerebral. It's definitely the best book out of the entire New 52. They need to get Synder on as many books as possible.

No! We don't want his talent spread too thin!! He needs to stick to Batman - no wait, be chained to Batman and someone should throw away the key! :lol

Arghhh. You guys are making the wait so much more frustrating. Haha. I'm just waiting for my issues to be delivered. Got Nightwing, Catwoman and Batman on the way. I'm most excited about Batman but don't know if I should read the others first, as I'm sure once I read Batman the other two will seem dull in comparison. :lol

Don't forget his current run on Swamp Thing, which is just as good, if not better.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Snyder & Lemire have a chance to be DC's new Moore & Gaiman. ...If DC doesn't ____ it up.

Yep - definitely read the others first! :wink1:
