I see this DLC leading into DS4 and perhaps a new trilogy for the next gen consoles.

That'd be cool although it worries me they can't leave Isaac alone. How the **** did he survive the end of DS3? I know we didn't actually see him die which means there's the chance of bringing him back but I thought it would be cooler to leave his arc at that ad start with Ellie as the new protagonist.

I sat in a comic store the other day and read through the entire thing. So awesome. I'm definitely going to buy that coming up.

Did you watch through the end credits? If not, he LIVES even before the DLC

Im all for this, i read that they canned Ds4 though due to ds3 sales. Which makes me very sad. Ds2 is still my fav of the 3 but ds3 was very fun just lacked a bit to make it feel really Dead space IMO. If they brought back the dementia some how the game would feel much more like a dead space game. I like the idea of Ele with dementia for a 4th installment. FIngers crossed we get a 4th i love the dead space universe.

I am downloading Awakened right now - taking a sick day (not for this, but it worked out)

Hopefully we get more of her as well - ending was a bit abrupt I thought....

Just hope the DLC is longer than Severed (more than 2 hours)

I took a break in the middle of chapter 2. if the length of chapter 1 is any indication, they are 45 min each or so

Story is good - dealing with the unitologists a bit more -something I always loved about DS series
