The DP PF is very well done. Great paint apps and wonderful change of heads along with the EX chicken hand add up to a cool statue. You can display him to look like a Merc or have him displayed to show the silly side of the character if you chose to do so. This is a great looking statue. Hell, you really can't go wrong with either of them.
Now for the Punisher Com. This piece is (IMHO) one of the finest statues SSC has ever released. First off, his visage is fierce. His face looks like a beat up mile of bad road and he looks annoyed and pissed as hell. His face portrait is perfect. Secondly, I like a hulking Frank Castle (think Olivetti and Zeck). He just looks like he's built to deliver punishment. The pose is also perfect on the Com. Thirdly, the details on this sculpt are amazing. This sculpt is a fantastic example of Martin Canale's greatness. If you look at this sculpt, you'll see polystone you swear looks like actual clothes. You can actually see the folds that were sculpted into his shirt and pants. This sculpt even has slight pores sculpted into the skin. Even the weapons look real. All of this is made possible by the factory paint apps. The paint apps on this piece are second to none. That all adds up to a bad @ss looking Punisher statue. This piece captures the true essence of the Punisher to me. He looks like he just laid waste and delivered pain to a bunch of scumbags and is surveying the scene to see if anyone survived the onslaught of pain he just delivered. Based on his expression, it doesn't look like anyone made it out alive.
