The design really looks bad. It's a typical tacticool suit. Nothing about her reminds me of Domino. The patch is botched and looks like a tat, the contrast between black & white (hence the name) is not there, the hair is a typical 'fro instead of shoulder-length hair... Why is that called "Domino" again? When your character's costume is a classic catsuit, you should at least try and translate the one thing she's known for, the white skin & black patch. They could've reversed it (dark black skin with a white patch), but they didn't even do that.

They ruined an iconic looking character. She doesn't even look like a mutant.

How the hell is a tanned woman with an afro and a light skin eye patch better that this?

It is an awful adaptation, it is an idiotic choice, ryan reinolds was trying so hard to be faithful in the first one and mocking so hard idiotic choices and then he pulls off this crap.

But thats whenni count my blessings and im glad she looks as hot as she does. Im glad they gave her a cleavage, im glad they didnt hire the black lady from ghostbusters or some stupid crap like that....

This could have gone so much worse.... at least the girl is cute.

I remember when people would laugh because there'd be two asteroid or Wyatt Earp movies hitting the same year. Fast forward to next year where there will be eight movies about Marvel characters FFS. And then Aquaman and whatever else.

Not when you have 7 decades of several series a month to showcase them. Turning funny books into storyboards and make them "accessible" was the mistake.

I remember when people would laugh because there'd be two asteroid or Wyatt Earp movies hitting the same year. Fast forward to next year where there will be eight movies about Marvel characters FFS. And then Aquaman and whatever else.

Totally predictable response here. SJW this and SJW that! But Domino was always lame, Liefeldesque junk. If they made Shatterstar a Latino I'm sure some would be really heartbroken. But ultimately, almost no one cares, and we're lucky that she's appearing in any movie in any capacity. She looks like she could be a nice foil for Reynolds Deadpool. That's all that really matters here.

I barely care for DP anymore, the movie just drove me further away since it degraded the fanbase even more, but yeah, nice to see how long the "what the fans want" claim lasted, he wanted the MCU crowd all along, can't say I blame him, it's smart, not like the first movie was made for DP fans anyway, save for Waypool's, if you can call those "fans".

I'm justt gonna assume they wanted Misty Knight and they just worked with what they had.

Domino's defining characteristic is her white-as-snow skin and black spot. They could've bended it if they were committed, but they didn't. It's not like making X American into [Insert Ethnicity Here]-American. It's like taking the Montgomery Falsworth version of Union Jack and making him black. If they wanted to racebend, why not go with Outlaw? Or Birdie? Hell, the brown parts in the costume match with the Outlaw outfit more. Just give her a cowboy hat...

Same here. I axxed Deadpool the other day. I'm down to... 10, monthlies I think? 3 Marvel (Moon Knight, Darth Vader & Doctor Strange). I enjoy the indies more at this point. The new volume of X-O is brilliant. Meanwhile, Marvel keeps releasing the same crap, and REBIRTH is purely nostalgia-filter. Better than Marvel, but hardly anything new. It's solid vs horrid...

I tried, but there were like, 3 Jupiter Something series, so I just figured I'd wait until it ended and then got the trade. I started reading Jodorowsky's Metabarons.

We lost the SJW war, when it comes to hollywood, we just have to accept defeat. Im not being pessimistic, they are just never gonna stop doing this.
At least this girl is so much hotter than the chick from Thor 3 for example. ( at least this girl is curvy.... soon hiring curvy women will be offensive )
