I gotta tell ya, being in the UK and seeing how many people over here see him as a complete unfunny bellend, for the life of me I can't understand what Americans see in James Cordon (one above Kimmel). Why do they love him so much over there? When I see these celebs gush and talk about him as if he's this unmatched talent I just shake my head.

Not that familiar with few of the others but the one I can actually bear to watch and find funny is Conan with his self deprecating humour.

Been wondering this myself for years mate. A friend of a friend working in the TV industry explained.. to my friend.. that he was a complete self righteous arsehole to work with as well which didn't particularly surprise me.
