Quinn's got those Scott Weiland heroin cheekbones.

He wanted to help that stripper out. He loved Deb for a while too. But she broke up and he fell apart. It happens.

I just like he's actually developing. I don't like Dexter loving this chick. It's just so pointless now. Why does he need another love interest? Eh. I'll just read spoilers from now on, until the episodes start picking up again.

For my money, he peeked in season 5 and then got the mother of all gifts... a magic Dexter pass from the blood on his boot and promptly became a wallflower. Season 6 was just him proving he's not quite primetime material which at least earned him a decent beatdown from Batista. Everytime it looks like he could have a bigger arc to his character, it's forgotten the next season.

So he's not that good at anything except getting chicks and getting drunk. Harrington must be good to work with because his character just feels like he belongs in another show.

Agreed on the Hannah part.

Quinn was great in season 5. Of course, he was helped immensely by Weller, but he actually impacted the storyline. I hated him, got tense when they got close to Dexter, felt bad when he legitimately had a change of heart, and loved his little understanding with Dex.

This season, while his story has been interesting enough, he just has no influence on the course of the story. He's like a spinoff, but wedged back into the original show.

But at least he's got a plot to work with. They've just given up on Batista and Masuka.

I like the idea of Hannah, it's like Dexter's ultimate fantasy to be seen for what he really is and be accepted and wanted. So, it felt natural for him to want Hannah when she didn't beg for mercy or show any signs of being intimidated or even fight to get away. Looks like this is going to create quite a few problems down the line. There's seriously so many different ways they could go with all of this now.

Every season there's someone Dexter is conflicted about killing for one BS reason or another. He always gets around to it by the finale. Blondie won't be around next season.

This is what I am thinking, feels like both the writers and Dexter the character itself are burned out, feels like Dejavu from Lila and Lumen All over again, I mean Yeah sure Deb wants her dead but,
it does feel tired. I mean this season is better than the last one but this does feel like dejavu for the show.

I cannot understand why Quinn would be so stupid, it is obvious that he did this. I can't believe he was not arrested in this episode,

I thought there was decent chemistry between Hannah and Dexter from the beginning, but the last episode seemed really forced and the chemistry wasn't there. I think it all just happened too suddenly.
