Pfff. You must not have been a BSG fan. Big waits between seasons there.

Nope.

I think I watched part of the first episode but that was it. I feel like I know alot about it though because I have some buddies who loved it and they reference it so much.

You ever watch Portlandia? There's an episode on Season 2 that's centered around the series and it is awesome.

I finally saw seasons 6 and 7. I enjoyed both a lot. Not sure why there's so much hate. The characters have changed. Yes. Are they acting out of character? Not really. Dexter has been growing/changing since the first season. He's already broken the code in the past and it's something he's beginning to struggle with. He's gone back and forth from trying to stop killing to embracing killing without a code. Seems a realistic thing for him to do. Deb is an emotional nutjob. She couldn't do anything that would seem out of character to me. As for all the leaps of logic, this show has never been Law and Order. There are a lot of inaccuracies in all the seasons. I would agree the daytime killings in public were pretty dumb. Especially the airport...

Quinn was most annoying to me this season. I'd rather have seen him team up with Laguerta and hunt down Dexter for evidence. It would have made more sense than her turning to Matthews (the man she forced to retire) and less pathetic than him being in love with a stripper. It was cool to see his dirty cop past brought up again.

Sean Patrick Flanery Joins ‘Dexter’ Cast

EXCLUSIVE: Sean Patrick Flanery has been tapped for a major recurring role on the upcoming eighth season of Showtime‘s hit serial killer drama Dexter. He will play Jacob Elroy, the ex-cop owner of a private investigation company in Miami. Earlier this month, Showtime’s entertainment president David Nevins would not say whether Dexter‘s upcoming eighth season would be its last as had been widely expected before the veteran found creative rejuvenation and hit ratings highs in Season 7. “I think I will clarify before Dexter goes on the air for this next season (in June),” Nevins said. “There’s a clear end game in place.” It is unclear whether the Elroy character would be part of that end game. Flanery, repped by Inphenate and attorney Todd Rubenstein, will next be seen in the features Phantom and Broken Horses.

On a side note, anyone notice that James Remar played two roles in Django? Ace Speck and Butch Pooch. It was cool seeing him in a Tarantino film and I don't know if it's been explained exactly why he did two roles other than Ace Speck's brief appearance.

I really love him in Dexter. He is my favorite character on the show besides Dexter even if he really is not a real person on the show. I really love the conversations he has with Dexter, he is really cool.
I hate when people criticize his appearance on Dexter.

the face looks a little bit better than the previews 7 inch fig they did, the one with the plastic clothing,
the clothes really do look horrendous.

Well at least we could use the body for some 1/6 scale kids.

John Connor
Carl Grimes

Maybe a teenage Dexter , Nek is sculpting one very soon.
