Thank you for much for your concern and your suggestion.
As we do not want to change the body in any parts at this moment, but
we will gather all the positive point and negative points from
collectors, and will upgrade the body in our next Bruce Lee body
"BL-2".

The latest prototype was painted by Arnie and JC Hong, expecially JC
Hong handled the face paint job. That is true. I instructed JC Hong
NOT to do a perfect paint job on the prototype as he always do, as the
factory is not able to do the same paint job as JC Hong , do you
understand what I mean? The latest prototype paint job is the level
that the factory are able to do it at the minimum. and the factory
will apply a very light gloosy clear on the face and body to give it a
life skin tone and texture.

and the previous Concept prototype you saw are great because Arnie did
a lot of work through photoshop software , that"s why the color look
so great.

Before we send the prototype for moulding, We did one more final tune
for the master sculpt, therefore, it will be much better than the
latest prototype you saw on web now. The eye and the hair size.

One more secret, those latest proto images are all taken 10 days ago
in a hotel at San diego before we attend the comic-con. All images are
taken at the critical lighting condition in a hotel. not a
professional Studios lighting. Me and Arnie considered it as a Snap
shot photo only. At early Septemer, we will renew the GOD website
again with the professional images for the final product.

Next, I understand that there are lot of people talking about the high
pricing ...etc, but they will never know the different between our
figure and sideshow or medicom toys figure. and how much work we had
input during development to reach this price tag, like the body, head
construction, detail accessories and a wooden diorama.. We beleive
there are collectors who love the true quality of figure. Please
understand that it is not a toys but a Art item.

August. OMG that's next week. Hey sunohc, if you know who the distributor in Australia is going to be. I would be most interested to know.

yeah, there was another guy who asked this to enterbay a few weeks ago haha.
I got the email address, leme find it real quick

oh wait, this is what I found:

"We will have a distributor in Australia, you can contact them to get more info of the authorized retail store in Sydney.
The name of the distributor will ne annouce later on. "

So, I check in enterbay.com/bbs for updates or PM me your email and I can email you whenever I get that info.

Thanks very much for all your input sonohc, and liasing back and forth, and for not taking any offence to some of my more flipant and naive comments in the other thread.

Just PM any details you get on their Australian distributor, or post who it is in one of the Enterbay related threads, is fine by me. I hope that Australian that was asking wasn't melvin.

Looking at the pic of the display at the SDCC. I realise the middle figure on the figure stand comes with the wooden wall background. In the foreground there is a plaque with Asian glyths, and in english the words, Bruce Lee, Game of Death. Does this plaque come bundled with the figure?

What is Enterbays customer service policy concerning returns? Especially where a third party is concerned.

What method of payment will be accepted?

When is the estimated time of shipment, seeing that they have to be pre-ordered in advance?

How many are being sent to distributors and how many are being held back for purchase direct?

That's all I want to know at the moment. Thanks again sunohc.

We all know how a picture is worth a thousand words, and words can say many things. In hand, I expect this figure would render me speechless.

I'm not sure if that plaque is included but I can ask, and I'm sure the background is included, and its wooden.
because the stand and everything else is indcluded there.

The guy who asked about the austrialian distributor WAS melvinpaleyo, in fact.
But his last post was on the 21st. I've already reported him to Enterbay.

For that return policy, I'm not sure exactly how the retailers should manage this.
I think each retailer makes his or her own policies concerning the return.
Like most returned items, the customers have to pay shipping back and that'd be a total loss if you lived in Australia, no?
But There will be an actuall physcial retail store in Austrailia , so I'm sure there will be a return policy there.
For direct orders from Enterbay, they might ask you to find the most nearest local distributor, which is erratic >.>
Or they might provide the return policy, it'd just be a good $80 gone on shipping, unless tehy provide that too.

The items could ALL be sold out with only the preorders.
And the actual items are ready to ship in October I presume.

The amount be sent and kept is uncertain but basically, they are slowly reserving and transferign them based on prerorders.
There are different dsitributors in different countries so they will probably disperse the items accordingly.
Liek I said, I read somewhere that they would make the most available to south east asia and China. So I'm not sure how that'll turn out.

I think if you dirct purchase from Enteraby, they'll probably send you the item fro the distributor in AUSTRALIA, so its even better for you and them.
So its a matter of if Any in austrialia already "preorder'd them all out....haha

Well, I'm not so concrete in answering since I'm only a retailer, not some manager, but I can certainly askabout the plaque and those return policies as soon as possible.

I really want one of these figures! I am a huge Bruce Lee fan and this would be a nice addition to my collection! I am probably going to wait and see the responses from people who bought it first and then make my decision!

good idea
but who could resist hahahah
back in april, I thoght I couldn't wait for it to be released in July, but now look at me hahah

:lol I know the feelilng! But $300 is a bit too much for a 12" figure! And I know if I were to buy one right of the bat, my parents would kill me! They're already mad at me for spending my money on this "junk" (referring to collection), instead saving for Med-school! :rotfl

Wow sunohc, now I am even more confused. :lol

I wish Enterbay would provide these types of details on their site. I don't seem to be able to find out much information there. The next thing is someone will post a link and it is to their site, but I wasn't able to find that information there myself. Crazeeeey.

Anyway, I did read melvins posts, and Enterbay answered that there would be a distributor in Sydney. I am in Melbourne, and even though that is still good, Enterbay should list their distributors, then I would be able to address my concerns to them, rather than through your kind self. I guess everything is happening fast and at the last minute. It gets a bit messy.

That's an interesting idea, that I can pre-order through the site and have it shipped from a local distributor. It looks like the plaque may have been used for display purposes at the various shows they happen to attend.

Thanks for trying to address my questions. Really just need to know who my local distributor is, for now then.

Hey sunohc! is there any news about the limited edition? the difference between the deluxe edition? and how to get it? thanks!

I really love his "Saving Private Ryan" Captain Miller.
