I had serious doubts about this movie but, I actually liked it. The first 1/2hr was a bit slow but, it made up for it from then on. Similar to the Amazing Spider-man.
My girlfriend and I both thought the 2hrs40minutes went by pretty quick. Meaning we enjoyed it.

The time did go by fast! :lol The pace was appropriate to me though. It started off slow, and built to a thrilling climax, and then to an even more thrilling end.

NO

A big let down. I loved the first two movies.

Nope. TDK for me is the best of this series and as solid as this was it did not meet that bar so I was bit let down by the movie. Still solid and I will buy it on Blu plus I still have to take my Dad to see it.

I'm starting to think that the entire Bane/Talia backstory should've just been removed and more Batman battling Bane and his mercs in Gotham should've been added.

More Batman, less of Wayne climbing a well.

It was obvious that he needed to climb without the rope to succeed, what a waste of valuable minutes.

:(

The second one could've been cut. But Bruce Wayne is Batman...so I don't get that issue. :lol

He's the same character, minus the goofy voice. LOL.

I didn't mind the backstory on Bane until it turned out it was for Talia. That made it a big ass waste of time and as I said in another thread killed some of Bane for me. I would have taken more Batman vs Bane or more Catwoman over the Talia for sure.

I liked that sequence to be honest but I did get tired of the whole Batman may or may not die before the end of the movie.

Jye's my brother from a mother, it's no wonder our polls get people confused. My poll looks like Jye's poll.

Wait, that doesn't sound right. :horror

Because the fates seem to have decreed that I have the longest possible wait before I get to see the film I've been most looking forward to of all the summer blockbusters. Was supposed to see it on Saturday, didn't happen. Postponed to wednesday but now I can easily see that not happening either because the other half has conveniently taken ill. :banghead I called one Dr.Crane and he said 'Theres nothing "convenient" about her condition'.
