Most here buy comic book collectibles but i wonder how many read the Comics?

So do you read current comics, as in at least one continuing series throughout a period of the last five years or so?

i just came from my comic book store and i just found out that DC is selling more comic book than Marvel. WTF?

Mostly getting current issues in trades and Prem HCs, but it's the old stories (from 70's, 80's) that get me most excited (esp Tomb of Dracula, and X-Men Hidden Years).

Haha I would have to vote no. But I love the artwork does that count as reading it? I do look throughout all the pics and know the story by that.

I read both Marvel and DC, but I am guilty of drifting in and out of he hobby simply because the stories become boring at times. Civil War and Brand New Day chased me away for a long time.

That's kind of kind of funny because this and Planet Hulk is what brought me back into it.

$3 is too much per book. I'm trying to extricate myself from my DC pull list, but I have a hard time bringing myself to cut stuff.

My tpb library is about full right now. It's also current as far as pre-52 DC is concerned. I want to go back and get the whole New Krypton run, but right now, my focus has switched to old Uncanny X-Men and Wolverine. Just started on the Marvel Masterworks hardcovers. Vol.1 will be here tomorrow.

Really trying to cut back on my monthly pull list..but i'm finding it tough

I refuse to pay $4 an issue for any book so on principal I don't read Marvel books anymore. I do keep an eye out for deals on digital copies though. Comixology is nice for Marvel Mondays sometimes.
