David Goyer has already said that he sent in a Doctor Strange script to FOX for a Doctor Strange movie that ended up getting rejected it and turned it into Batman Begins for WB.


Not to mention that Christopher Nolan has openly admitted that he borrowed a lot from Doctor Strange comics for both Batman Begins and Inception.
