So anyone else think that the Doctor will actually die this time, but because of the part of him inside DoctorDonna - he'll be able to regenerate anyway? Or maybe Donna will regenerate instead?

I honestly don't know what to expect. It'd be cool if they brought that stupid clone Doctor back and killed him.

Could it be Wilf who knocks four times?

• Voyage of the Damned
• The Sontaran Stratagem/The Poison Sky
• The Stolen Earth/Journey's End
• The End of Time

The Doctor dies on their fourth meeting. Although I don't think it quite adds up since they see each other in Partners in Crime and meet twice in The End of Time.

Everyone seems bugged by this, but I thought that was good psychotic acting. He's not supposed to be very sane. I was also very impressed with the snot when Crowe was crying in Gladiator too. I was like "daaaaaaamn!" :angelsmil

I was just poking a bit of fun. ;) I agree with you actually. It was obviously done purposely to give that scene a sinister vibe, and make the audience question whether the return of the Time Lords is a good thing or not. I'm guessing not.

Both versions of 10 biting the dust? Give this man the producers job right now! :D

If Donna regenerated I wonder if she'd look human this time :naughty

Romana? The Rani?

:)lol)

I honestly have no idea.

I did watch this again a second time last night. I really loved it. I hope part two matches up.

Awesome spit acting by Timothy Dalton. Say it, don't spray it, brotha.

Any guesses on who the ominous old lady is? Rose? A Time Lord? Just an ominous old lady?

I read RTD said in the commentary her clothes were an important clue to her identity.

Unfortunately, she wore white so it could be the White Guardian,
or you can go the other way and say she was nicely dressed, which could indicate Romana (laugh). No help!

Maybe the Time Lords we saw were NOT the real ones, but rouges. It would make sense by the way they acted and will act.

Yeah, my impression was the rightful Lord President (the lady in white) was ousted by The Narrator... we'll see... Didn't RTD say something at one point about Romana being the President during the Time War... maybe she really is Romana. :dunno

sort of... The Doc and Romana would still be on the same timeline though and its unlikely that she would still be in her second incarnation seeing as it has been at least 200-300 years since they parted company.
