Only serious problem I ever had was the Vampirella comiquette. The one I initially received was flawless, except for what looked like a spot where someone had tapped a nail into the base and cracked the finish. The indentation started in the tissue paper, so the damage occurred after it had been wrapped for packing.

They had me return the entire statue, and what they sent me was a disaster by comparison. Lazy eye on the regular head. A seam where the legs were put together. Bats that didn't fit, which subsequently scratched against her thigh leaving black marks.

There were no more replacements. Returned for a full refund. It was the first time I had bought anything more than a 1:6 figure from them. I'll take my chances with the DC premium formats, but failure won't be tolerated.

It also won't be broadcast on the internet as though someone had raped my mother. It's not some brutal injustice that requires bawling to hundreds of complete strangers. It's their problem, and they'll pay for it if they can't solve it. Myself, I'll live. I was doing fine before I thought I could have a Vampirella comiquette, and I'm doing fine now. I don't stick up for them like I used to, but most of the fun in that was getting to throw rocks at people with an over-developed sense of petty indignation (and that never gets old).

LOL all that eyes cracked mw up LOL.

having some fun and discussing legit quality issues for a hobby we all love and spent a lot of $$ on is the same as raping my mother? you dont even buy statues or care about the hobby, so why here? Is your life so sad this is the only way to get some attention by trolling for a few responses? pathetic little man....

Yeah never picked up Lara cause in most pics the eyes looked a little odd. That's certainly extreme though.

it's a great statue though if you can find from someone who can confirm no lazy eye, i eventually managed to get a good one.

I can't contribute to the thread without this wannabe Himmler's approval? :dunno

Sorry I dumped sand in your gash...again.

I can only imagine the entertainment you found in "throwing rocks" at people for pieces they received with QC issues was because you yourself have probably never spent more $300 a year on collectibles. Hey, if I spent that much I wouldn't sweat it ether. Except in the past few years I've probably spent close to $15,000 on SS products which arrived mostly with issues.

So the lesson here is until you've walked in someone else's collection room or get one of your own.....shut up.

Chris

So you have an over-developed sense of petty indignation? But yours is extra special because you have a $15,000 stick up your *** instead of a $300 stick?

I think the real lesson here is that you should have stopped shoving things up your *** after the first $300.

You seem like a sad lonely man, close to his 40's bitter an board without friends. With a crappy dead end job that can hardly pay the rent. Probably don't take care of yourself and your only companion is a pet goldfish. So you scour forums looking at other people's lives asking why can't I have or do those things. Hating and instigating others to add a little bit of excitement to you misrible shallow life. How else could one reach such an impressive post count in only 6 years spewing nothing but trash to everyone and anything posted on this board?

You became a member on a collection forum where you spend most of your life on, yet ironically don't collect anything?

You need a life pal and you need it fast.

Money can't buy an imagination for insults, huh?

It clearly doesn't buy self-esteem. As self-important as you are, you sure do have a soft spot when it comes to being called out as a spoiled ****. Perhaps you should be investing in testosterone therapy. Maybe money can buy you a pair, in lieu of your creative sterility.

:lol

You deflect in almost every post you make as only a seasoned cynical individual could. Doesn't take imagination for anyone to understand the type of person you are. I doubt money for therapy could find the motivation you have to be associated with a group people you have nothing in common with. You have more in common with a parasite, which is likely the same effect you have on society. I've done well because that's what I chose, no one handed it to me. I employ people, donate a lot of my "spoiled" money to charities. Where as the only people you've likley employed are social workers and welfare workers.

You want some investment advice, speak with your doctor as to how sterility could contribute to a global cause.

Enough already. Infractions are going to be handed out if people can't play nice. :)

well josh, it's not people cant play nice, everyone was just having a normal discussion on the thread topic here until this oxygen thief devil76 started trolling with raping mothers and nazi comparisons like he always does, degenerating the thread to his level, desperate for some attention.

Josh, I'm sure everything would have been fine had my admirers not decided that I was talking about them, when I gave no indication that they had reason to take what I said personally. Why they did is their business, but they both saw fit to make it mine. One all but revoked my right to exist (twice), and the other decided that I had a problem living because everyone who wasn't as rich as him must be miserable (um, twice).

How is not returning the favor of their insults playing nice? If I have to take the neuroses of every person who fears my opinion of them into consideration every time I post generic comments about board trends, can I expect that infractions will be dealt when I refrain from defending myself? Or do I have to accept the abuse they clearly direct at me, one so insignificant in the light of they who are so goddamned important that even the slightest chance that they've been insulted drives them to hysterical fits of hatred?

Either let this go on, or infract both of them for continuing after you told them to stop.
