Some things I'd like to change. i need to redo his neck adapter, it sits a little higher than I like, I also DEFINITELY want to repaint him, And I think i want to get him an actual tie.

Looks good, but I agree that he needs a repaint.

That a Medicom body? Tennant wears the suit a little tighter than that - I think you could go up to a 1/6th body.

i was debating putting him on a Kai massive actualy. should do what I want, as far as the fit goes :) Got enough KAi massive parts laying around that It should work nicely.

I just got my 1:6 Martha and you guys were right. For her price point she really is excellent. It really is a shame if the DW 1:6 line dies. Her clothes are excellent and her paint and sculpt are pretty good too. I hope the 10th Doctor is as good (he should be coming next week). :chew

FOund this the other day, appearently I'm not the only one who wants to see the doctor Visit the 41st Milinium...

YOu can see the sonic screwdriver hanging on his belt, and a tardis key on his neck. the artist did say ( somewhere) it is intended o be his take on tennant.

anyone else think we need an official Dr. Who thread yet?

Okay, I used the Character Options feedback form on their website to say how I sad I was that the 12" Doctor Who line was being discontinued.

https://www.character-online.com/contact-us/

They actually wrote back to say that the line wasn't discontinued, but there would be fewer releases than in the past.

We'll the releases have been pretty minimal, so I'd characterize a slow down as a discontinuation.

But I recommend you all go on there and at least ask for a Tardis, a real 1/6th scale Dalek and Rose. Those are the ones I requested - we should focus instead of giving them a list of a bunch of characters.

Thanks for that info. I've sent them a note too, as I believe that every little bit helps, so to speak.

I'd love to see a Simm Master myself. If only....

Yeah. Doubly thanks.

I have heard one of the new releases is a Sontaran. Realy looking forward to this one. Will be a nice contrast to the Judoon.

I have a great Eccleston custom in the works (thanks to Les) so that's lower on my list. But they've made Daleks and Tardises (Tardi?) in every other scale - why not 1/6?

I would say a convincingly good 1:6 Blue Box is highest on my list of priorities. CO proved that they can make a great 5" scale one; so why not an even greater 1:6 scale TARDIS?

The police box and all 10 doctor is my only ambition in the Who line-up. Got 1 doc and 2 daleks so far so a little way to go yet. 9th doc seems faarly easy to do.

Character Options are marketing their Doctor Who stuff at kids as opposed to adult collectors and I'm guessing they couldn't do it for a reasonable enough price.
A 1/6 Tardis IS being made by Iconic Replicas though and will have all the lights and sounds from the original series in 1963. The only drawback is the £350.00 ($700 approx) pricetag,

The Tardis is a fairly simple design - a 1/6 couldn't be any more expensive than the fantastic Tardis interior they did for the little figures.

I've seen the product enterprise "prop replica" but $700 is pushing it, even for me. And it's for the '60s version. We need one for the 21st century!

I'll send them an email shortly. Eccleston doctor, Rose, Tardis, and a true 1:6 scale Dalek will be my recommendations.
Dave's right, A 1:6 Tardis wouldn't be difficult at all, just make all sides of the box separate for assembly and it should be very affordable.
