Yeah I'd love a screwdriver, but I'm also anxiously awaiting the head I have everything thing set, but the head. Paitence isn't one of my strong points,. but I can wait. It would save me the trouble of making one. Or you can send the head and I'll but the screwdriver when your done with it.

How well does the "Ken as Rhett Butler" clothes fit on a 1:6 body? What type of body are you using?

I will try to get the sonics done quickly . Someone else commented on the rhett fit a few posts back as did I. Check back a page or 2 :)

Is there room in this car for me?

I used the hot toys slim version, here's my current modified outfit. I added red to the cape and added ruffles to the cuffs. I'm just waiting for the head. And the screw driver. The clothes fit fine except for the shoes. Their too small, but I find ken shoes fit cygirl type figures.

HI

OK so casting has begun on the orders for here, and elsewhere

When I get all cast up I will begin shipping.
That may happen this coming week depending on when I get home from jury duty. It may have to start on the weekend .

How that fer fast....lol

Oh
After previewin my post :duh
Well I guess theres the teaser for the Delgado in back there, only a couple nights put in on him so far. ...lol

I meant to post him later but Im too lazy to reopen photoshop and edit my picture. :lol

I just got back online after 4 days of no internet ( my modem & router died ) and one of the first things I see is a 1:6 Master sculpt and not just any Master, the f'ing definitive one :banana :banana:banana:banana:banana

Pix,
If you can find the general location of that car I would quite happily remove the driver to make space for you :D

...its probably just me, but does anyone else see a slight resemblance between the other sculpt in that photo and Prof Travers from the Web of Fear? lol

I am contemplating tooling a sonic screwdriver for pertwee and baker to sell as an add on now as opposed to later , as it would just be more shipping
later on for people, especially my UK friends :)

What do people think about a delay in shipping for the opportunity to have Sonic Screwdrivers for their Doctors ?

That would be OK with me as it'd give me a bit more time to get the cash together.

Also, do you have an intrest in any other old school British sci-fi especially Blake's 7 as I'd love to see you sculpt Paul Darrow ( Avon )

or The Prisoner, I think a Patrick McGoohan would KILL in this forum lol

Definitely, I daresay some Space 1999 heads would also do well.

Returning to Who I'd also love to see a few sculpts of minor characters to go with the Doctors and other obvious choices.
My top 5 would be,

1.Duggan from "City of Death"
( The best comedy sidekick the show has ever had from the story with some of the best humor. No suprise really seeing as Douglas Adams was behind it. )

2.Henry Gordon Jago & Professor Litefoot from "The Talons of Weng-Chiang"
( Robert Holmes wrote a few double acts in his Who stories but these two were the best )

3.Sgt Benton
( need the Brig first though! )

4.Tobias Vaughan from "The Invasion"
( Has very unique features that would be a challenge to sculpt )

5.Tekker from "Timelash"
( I have no clue about the character other than he was played by Paul Darrow a few years after Blake's 7 ended which explains my real reason for wanting the sculpt :naughty )

I'd love to see more companions. I want the Brigadeer(he can be used with almost any doctor) Sara Jane, and Romana 2 the most.

Brig is in the mix

I love some Blakes 7 , Id like a set of figs of those characters but Ill have to wait a bit before doing them .
I plan some companion action also, and possibly some monster action but it all takes time..lol
I do plan on doing Jamie to go w my Troughton . Im trying to figure out the logistics of Davros but itd help to have a base Dalek skirt. Does anyone know if the old model kits, comet, sevans etc... are 1/6th scale ?

Did I miss anyone in the list in post 1 ??

Russ, Russ, Russ, you're ENTIRELY missing the point, amigo. If you have to MAKE a 1:6 Dalek Skirt for Davros, then you're halfway there to making us a Dalek too! :rotfl
:whip:whip:whip

In all seriousness, unfortunately no Dalek toy that is out is 1:6. I believe Sevans were all 1/4th. The CO remote control Daleks that are out there are true 12" toys, not 1:6 scale so they are a few inches larger than they should be, and the Comet model was about Product Enterprise Dalek size (Denys Fisher Dalek size), so the Daleks out there are either too big or way too small. However, if you're willing to cannibalize something existing to use for Davros, you certainly have the know-how to enlarge or shrink things, so maybe that is your best answer to get that lower Dalek skirt--- (cough ***and K-9!***)--- shrink the CO one?

OMG, make Jamie now and I'll throw the one I'm starting away!!!!!!! (laugh)

Which is bizarre, baffling, inexplicable and darned annoying. There's no 1:6 Dalek anywhere - inc. clocks, moneyboxes, cookie jars, bubble baths etc. Really, for the sake of about an inch, I reckon both PE and CO lost themselves a lot of sales by not making their 12" Daleks properly 1:6. It's criminal  :banghead :duh

Right, that's the foaming at the mouth and falling over out of the way... sonic screwdrivers... yes, I think I can (just about!) wait so they can be shipped with the Pertwee head.

Russ

That's OK, time is relative after all ;)

SHOW ME THE GUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL
Id love to see it

Heres a quick pict to show the Amazing work of our own Vikkitx :google
I am floored by what she has already done for me to get this project realized :joy (sorry the pict is a bit washed out, I will take better ones once I have a head painted of each character )

docdriv.jpg

I am also working out the scale of the Sonic , I got some work done last night. I plan on shortening the lower section a bit and hope to get it done and molded quickly after all the changes are done .

But I am already excited....lol

Pertwee looks grand in his outfit, as does Baker ( sculpt still in progress) and Troughton will need the head enlargement I did to tweak the Pertwee to my liking.

Thank you Vikki,
and everyone else who is supporting the Classic Who project, in my mind I already have the whole set pictured on my shelf :banana

As do some of you I suspect .........
