Same here, will have tomorrow. I love amazon.com - got my $10 off next purchase with this game. Preordered God of War Ascension for $50. Why did I ever order thru Gamestop?

Gametrailers gave this an 8.7 - better than I expected. Said it has flaws, but is lots of fun....so good enough for me....

My copy just arrived; immediately starting downloading to my 360 HDD, and at first - for several min - it did nothing other than make weird noises, then finally asked me which storage device to use, then all ok....

Uh, oh! Day one DLC; 3 available, though can't download the hairstyles DLC (no joke)

I almost fear what DLC will be in the NEXT gen: Gears of War 4 only $5, but includes first level. if you want the whole experience, it'll cost you $65 for the 13.0 gig download!!!!

Played a little today. It shows real promise, but my time ended when I got two shotted by a lizard thing. Level is a big deal in this game. If you find yourself under level against an enemy....run.

its a big game - 7.9 gigs or something, so maybe to do with the current dvd formatting; game is playing just fine!

I'm liking it so far. I've gotten my a$$ handed to me more than once though. You really need to take your time with this one. It punishes the impatient.

I went with the mage. I was tempted to go strider though. I made my main pawn a strider instead. It looks like an awesome class, but in this game, all the classes are pretty sweet.

I think there are nine classes, total....I chose Warrior for now, but want to be the Mystic Warrior eventually - nice hybrid class...A little too much screen tear for my tastes in some areas.....Is there a Difficulty setting? Sure didn't see one, but Hydra was kinda easy - know it will get harder....

Very happy with first hour or so.....

It spikes in difficulty. That fight was cake, but then you'll get bent over by a random bandit and feel pretty weak hehe. It's going to take a good while before I start to feel like i have a decent character. As a Mage, I'm practically defenseless. It seems to be designed as a purely support class...at least early on anyway. Once an enemy aggros on me, I just have to run

Ok, so got the bonus weapons from the Amazon code, but have no clue where in the game to find them.

I am a level 12 character, so leveling goes fast....and yeah, combat has gotten much harder...just roaming around is pretty crazy

I've seen decent, but not great scores. I'll pick it up and hope for the best.

I'll get this when the re demo hits in July, should be cheaper by then.

I accidentally changed my vocation to Assassin

Started a Strider, switched to Assassin upon arriving in the capital. This game takes a wee bit to get going, but MAN once it does, it's so fun. It's like a faster-paced Dark Souls in a way, in that it's friggin' hard unless you methodically plan what you want to do.

I really, really like it. The combat system especially. Finally an open-world fantasy game with fun combat.
