I'm partial to 3x3 Eyes, Berserk, Kenshin... Akira of course.
And I still need to complete Cobra and One Piece and get the City Hunter deluxe editions and 20th Century Boys and Pluto.

Like I said I've been collecting for close to 20 years. When I lived in France I read a lot of manga but then I left them at my mom's house when I moved to the US and only recently had them shipped over.
So the stuff that I got in the last few years I haven't fully read yet (Bakuman, Billy Bat, Berserk past 20 and such...)

I love One Piece, Naruto and Bleach. Have you read Death Note?
Haven't read it but watched the anime.
The 3 shonen that you mentioned are problematic for me
Naruto and Bleach I used to collect when I was in France but had to stop when I moved here and as it stands I'm at Naruto 22 and Bleach 15. This means I'm missing about 40 issues of each and that......hurts
One Piece is a bit different. My best friend used to collect them and I would borrow them but because of he's stupid ex I had to stop around 18. He recently gave them to me when he moved but was missing 1-18 and anything beyond 39... so again ouch!

I have all the Bleach, Naruto and One Piece volumes released in English. You can always get the DVDs or watch them online with subtitles. I hate that the anime in English is way behind the Japanese one. One Piece is like six years behind. That's why I like that the manga is only about a year apart.
I could watch the anime but that's like 250 episodes also so just another time sink. I'm not sure what you mean with the anime being behind? You can usually find subs for those shows within 24-48h of airing in Japan.
As far as manga go I'm not sure we're the US editions are but I'm pretty sure the French editions are matching the Japanese issues exactly or maybe one volume behind.

I need the English dub because I buy the dvds.
No I understand but I still prefer subtitles. I have a fairly sizable anime collection as well but rarely do I buy blind. I tend to download fansubs and then buy the dvds if I really like the anime.
I also have all the Japanese Ghibli bluray that have been released so far but not in the pic.
