I always stay away from signed memorabilia on eBay. Unless I had it signed in person, I won't bother. If it is the 'real deal,' it's definitely a good deal at that, IMO.

Yeah i was watching that on ebay but took a nap and forgot to bid lol but yeah it was legit, he had a ticket to the premiere and also in his other things for sale he had premiere ticket stub with other movie posters.

This movie was awesome, probably my #2 for the year.

1/4 Michael Mann, for obvious reasons.
1/4 Steven Soderbergh for the Out of Sight vibe.
1/4 Quentin Tarantino for the Jackie Brown vibe.
1/4 Joe Carnahan for the NARC like violence.

Don't get me wrong I like this movie a lot because of these reasons above. And the movie is shot in such a way that it really draws you in. Awesome. Now where is my Driver doll to hang out with Stunt Man Mike?

hell yeah! i downloaded the Chromatics - Night Drive cd lol Ive seen the movie about 6 times. Was able to find a great torrent for it. Cant wait to get the Bluray! i Need to watch it in HD greatness!!

I saw the movie in theaters twice then I got the screener. Really good quality but there are minor differences here and here from the theatrical version.

Did anyone else get a Michael Myers vibe when he was on the beach? Between the mask, the music and the way he moved, it wouldn't surprise me if if that was the intention. Also when he first pulls out the hammer during the strip club scene, a note is played that sounds exactly like a note from Halloween 1 when Myers kills someone.

Refn and Gosling are both saying this is their John Hughes film with a head bashing. One of Hughes' signatures was his use of musical cues and relevancy to scenes. Every songs lyrics convey a message to coincide with what's on screen. If you pay attention to them it adds a lot to the story and character.

Awesome movie. The quiet hero.
Great car work and angles. The opening scene is awesome.
Great retro soundtrack and vibe to the film.
Ryan Gosling was great!

I highly recommend picking up the soundtrack...it's fantastic!
