But this SHOULDT be a gamble. You pay $250 for a high end collectible to a high end company. You should expect quality NOT this.
But hey, if you have the money to waste, its all good.

I am not gonna sit and beat a dead horse about situation ..I have faith sideshow and hot toy's will remedy this situation ..Every company has defects recalls from time to time ..YES at 250 a bat we shouldnt have to ever worry but some always do ...I will defnitley be 1st to lett know of any oil or defect may have but until then wont be back in thread ...If i do have problem year to 5 yrs later will help lead the charge in gettin us replacements but lifes too short to worrry about how hot toys handled the dx situation in past and hope the company values us collectors as much we value thier product...IF not i guess i'll stop buying and find another hobby..

How? The best way to see what a company will do is by looking at what they've done in that past. How will they rectify it? By ignoring their customers until they're literally harassed and then maybe shipping out 5-10 replacement suits? That's exactly what they did with the DX02 and that's unacceptable. They've already blown off Rory who bought two of their DX09 figures and both figures are leaking. Or did you miss that post?

The 12" Creature from the Black Lagoon, a rubber suited Buck figure from Sideshow that's almost a decade old and cost a measly $50, that's 1/5th of the price, hasn't even started to show signs of this and looks like it'll last decades longer. Sideshow was able to give this to us for cheaper and with older technology. So HT has no excuse.

What if anything did HT say after the Comedian? Were they saying they fixed the rubber issue, only to have DX02 come about? Or did they ever admit a problem then?
