Ive only opened 1 of 5 so far. Its was last Wed, when I got my last two shipped to me. I opened one from the first SS shipment.

But you've heard the stories -- the mint-in-box people finding their 'rubber' figures disintergrating against the tray. Like Tinister's Kane figure. I know Batman isn't in a tray, but who knows how long he'll last in that foam wit the belt on? Who knows if the black paper is really covering the entire back of the belt? They might be leaking right now.

So people should return dry figures?

Now you're starting to see the issue. Essentially you're paying $250 for a figure that only has to maintain it's quality standard for 30 days. Your short little "venture" into the DX02 thread didn't end well , but suffice to say, if we go by what we already know, most will likely start leaking well after that 30 day return limit.

So what's the answer then? Return dry figures right?

Stores won't compromise their return policy. That opens up a whole different bag of worms. And as we've seen, you can't even barely get HT to acknowledge the issue let alone address or even fix it. Do you see an alternative?

Honestly, I don't see an alternative for those that want to be totally safe.

But personally, I'll take my chances. I love the figure. If it ends up leaking next month I wont regret keeping it. And I wont post a bunch of ""'s here. I know the risk and I'm committed.
