Looks like your right, I got the same notice from ss, not common for them to release U.S. first but I'm not complaining about that, guess I'm just used to the usual process of getting inhand pics a month or so before actual release in the U.S.

Anyone seen this in person? Is the HS better or worse than the previous incarnation?

I saw the prototype in Hong Kong and to be honest, I think the HS is not as great as the original MMS release, but the accessories are really attractive. Also, the original T2 T-800 averages 300-400 dollars now so the rerelease is much appreciated.

well usually HT only releases one figure in a week and so far we've had DX12, Batpod, and DX07 one week after each other. I'm pretty sure we'll get a PlasticEnemies teaser at the beginning of the week then pics from OMG, Elljay, Luka, and D.ck Po by the end of the week

Yeah--figures are usually released in HK at least a month before they arrive in the US, in my experience, too. I wouldn't be surprised if we get an updated notice from SST with a revised charge date.

wasn't talking about SS...was talking about when they're released in HK.

Hot toys in Japan announced this to be released November 2012 along with Iron Monger and the 2 MGS releases.

I got a my Split Shipment notice saying that they would be withdrawing my funds on the fourth of November?

They better not be pull the same crap they are doing with the DX12. Prematurely withdraw our funds and make us wait two weeks till we get the figure.
