Here's my quick review of the TTM20 body

I totally agree with the black ankle sock thing, so dum they made them black Aside from that thought these are great, overdue for sure, I received 2 today and will likey pick up a couple more in a week or two.

I would have loved if they gave us a head to go with this, an arnold with his hair parted on the side would have been perfect but even a generic head would have been nice.

This is the DX10 body and sculpt with the MMS outfit. I personally love it.

Has anyone tried to distress the leather on the jacket?
Or would it be a waste of time, it looks like the material is to thick to be accurate.

That outfit is the MMS version buddy . I'm not sure if anyone has weathered the DX10 leathers

I thought i remember somone saying the tried it but it doesn't work when you try to weather it .

Thanks man , yeah the DX10 head is slightly daker than the body , but usually a humans face is darker than his body due to exposure to the sun on a daily basis

1) is the neck the exact same width? I notice on my t-800, his neck seems to "stick out" past the hair

2) does the body have the one leg too long thingy?

I had another long look at this in the store and I have to say what I think kills it is the outfit. He looks just too chunky. I've forgiven the head a little it's not better than the MMS per se, it's certainly better in some parts but in other parts its worse. Really overall both are just a little sub par...

But the outfit just looks weird. He looks obese in some poses. I saw marfmasters pics with the MMS outfit on the new body and head. That's the way to go. Way more proportionate to Arnold.

I'm not sure how anyone could argue any other way.

I know the new head isn't without its own issues but it still gets my vote as having the more ''preferable'' flaws - if we have to have some, which it seems we do with HT.

It's funny how we came around to the same place! You might like the head a bit more than I do, I went from not liking it at all to thinking more or less its as flawed as the old one and more or less as strong. But I ordered it loose and have it set for putting on the new body with the MMS outfit and glasses if that says anything.

The way I look at it is even if I think it's a flawed portrait, which I do, I still like the chip modification feature so its worth having the head for that alone, and it definitely has its strengths over the mms portrait too.

All it really succeeded in doing was making me want yet another improved Arnold head lol. Actually their greatest Arnold might be Dutch. Regardless I'm happy enough with this t2 Arnold for now and even if they don't revisit it in 1/6

Maybe enterbay will tackle his head in 1/6 I think their BD Arnold has the best Arnold likeness.

No but I'm noticing that the DX13 BD body will... it looks like the old MMS body because of the detachable arm...

i might swap the arms out with bane when i get him, then i can utalise the endo arm i have and get the "boss" pose with the double elbows on bane

It is the same exact size , the DX10 head is a perfect fit
Mine had no problem with the legs

can the endo arm from the original release be put on this one ?

I've prolly gone a hundred times back and forth... ultimately in my opinion the new body is bunk... why? because 0.3 degress of extra articulation in the elbow is hardly worth the huge chest and biceps and neck... (though the MMS neck is nothing better)

This freakin jacket is HARD to futs... I appreciate they used stitching to keep the colar in place but in reality if you want to make it "fit"...

you must snip atleast 3 of them...

I opted to get rid of those "out of scale" tassels on the zippers..

The sleeves are too long on the jacket...

This is only a 45 min futz, I'm sure after a few more weeks I'll have this being the ultimate T2 in some way or another...

Looking real good there for sure, it does look nice without the tassels on the zippers, not sure if they were in the film or not but great futzing none the less. As for the black tee, it looks like a black tee

Yeah I did think the tassels looked something like on a strippers boobs, on the DX10
