Yeah it looks good, great find I still got a couple of them from my mms117's but haven't used any myself.

All this talk about the DX vs. MMS clothes is making me unsure again. I think I'll have to try out the MMS clothes once again to see the difference and be sure of my decision. Especially is you both think the MMS clothers are better, Dane and a-dev, as I do respect your opinions a lot.

it does look nice without the tassels on the zippers, not sure if they were in the film or not

tthey were.
and they were clearly seen in every scene where terminator moved or pointed his weapons.
that's a part of the image.
and they are not oversized, look at some random real-size biker's jacket.

if i lost at least one, i'd have to make a new one.

One last point and I'll give you all your thread back...

I had to do a few other things to the jacket above namely use a lighter to burn all the odd little white hairs sticking out, snip all the loose threads & burn those off

Trim the breast zipper through the sleeve hole. There is a good extra half a cm after the zipper causing the jacket to stiffen straight... cut it. It doesn't effect the zipper at all and your jacket will "fold" closer to the chest

stuck TTM legs through the sleeves to stretch the diameter of the forearms and wrists (they prevent you from pulling the sleeves on!)

arg... what kinda animal skin do you all think this is?

Wonder why enterbay's zippers are black?

Wonder why Hot toys breast pocket is horizontal?

ps... I don't think the tassels are to scale at all... they would be fishing line thin if so...

My jackets are a mess come to think of it. Loads of them are missing studs and tassles. I found tassles on the floor recently and just left them there assuming they were fluff or something. Only picked them up when I examined closer and realised what they were.

From my perspective, it appears that all of the diehard Terminator fans on this forum hold this head-sculpt up as better than the MMS117 release. With all of their buy-in, I can confidently take their word that this figure is great in-hand and worth picking up.

I like them both really, they both have there strong points, however the dx10 head does look like arnold from the t2 film, it captures his likeness and face very well, if this was not a dx pers head and had painted eyes and no seam it would be nearly perfection.

I prefer soild sculpts to the pers gimic, as much as it slightly takes away from the realism its alot of fun to pose and you can get some cool expression outta them.

I highly recommend the figure but there is a few who who would disagree, I say look at the pictures in this thread and know it better than them in hand.

How did you cut off the zipper? I'm thinking about doing it as well, but I'm afraid it'll ruin the whole zipper.
