So called and asked when sideshow was shipping my true type muscle body and sadly said could be a few week's . Sideshow site said it was in stock ,I guess I'll be waiting a while before can have my 2nd T2. I should have all his clothe's and original t2 hs by the weekend. Oh well at least it's paid for just have to wait a while.

Did anyone else get a shorter leg/boot? One of mine is off by a few millimeters and the figure is limping just the slightest while standing in a straight pose, that's how I pose everyone of my 1/6 figures and this limp is driving me nuts.

Yeah mon, I'm so sick of it too.... There is a huge pain in the *** mod you can do, it involves shortening the long leg ankle peg. Other than that we just have to futz the hips into a position that will obsorb those few mm... but because it's suppose to be simetrical, it drives me crazy

Here's what I did to make the ammo bag stay

Just hook the strap on the clasp for the grenade bandolier

Yeah, that was the first thing I tried, and I just couldn't get it to stick. I ran out of patience and tied it down instead.

...Still a great figure, though!

I'm right there with you on this one. Should have my whole bash ready by the time SSC gets around to shipping the body out.

I hate waiting but learned it's just part of the hobby. I've learned much patience and always something to look forward to. I forget how long been waiting on my 89 batmobile to get out of hot toys flippin garage or the new vader to come out of sideshows flippin cave along with greavous. I want my damn time machine.

Great idea on the bag strap Jimmie Here is another option that works good for the strap too. I unclipped the strap and went under the bandolier. I clipped it back onto the bag and positioned it where I wanted it. The thing is snug and never falls. Give this a shot if your not having luck the other way.

Your way will work best for most. I never plan on changing the look for my full blown cyberdyne DX, so I needed to get that thing on there snug. Yours is way more accurate to T2.

Hey you know what I noticed about the differences between the MMS jacket and the DX jacket?

The DX jacket is more accurate in that it doesn't show much T-shirt... the MMS is way to small looking shall I say? Also the horizontal pocket of course... And why would HT put the zipper on wrong side for the DX? Strange inconsistencies indeed.

Shout out to GIPETTO for teaching me what a lapel is...

the Lapels on the MMS are so stiff and less malable... yet I find the weathering makes up for everything. Ultimately, I have both so I don't really have to make a choice.

Hot Toys DX10 Terminator 2 T-800​

Currently the only HT figure I have in my collection. Upgraded this from the mms release and so pleased I did. Some probably disagree but I think this DX release is superior in every way

I got the dx head and put it on my mms. Looks great with the robotic hand. No need to buy the whole figure.

I have read and seen a few members here combining some of the mms stuff with the dx release.

I will be doing that here shortly. I picked up a TTM-20 body, DX10 HS and boots to combine with MMS117 Jacket and Pants (black shirt from Barney Ross).

Will use my existing DX10 sunglasses, unloved hands and Winchester with this second kit bash.

Long story short, kinda how MarfMaster has his setup. Not by design though. Had full intentions is picking up a second set of DX10 leathers, however; the shop I went to buy them from were sold out but had MMS in stock (go figure )
