Talked to the guy today and it's a $400 flat fee that includes s/h both ways. They got 5 sets left for that weekend and he said he'd probably sell out by the end of the month. So, if we wanna do this, I need to reserve in the next week or so. But I will need some money before I pop this on my CC.

$20 a person sounds like a good number but I don't know if 20 people will want to do it so for those staying the weekend it would probably make sense to put in for more (myself included).
