No. They are never booked near capacity but I'll give him the dates and he'll just hold a couple rooms for us. All I ask is that you be respectful to the room. It'd be a piss poor way to repay his kindness by acting like a dick hole.

That goes without saying. What a nice gesture on his part! Maybe he would like to go out to dinner with us if we go? I would be happy to pay for his plate. :rock

He's a real nice guy. I never thought I'd get to take him up on his offer but it's cool that he's willing to come through for us. That leaves more money for you guys to buy alcohol with :D

Uh, I am not even close to 100 lbs overweight.

I wasn't referring to you in that post. Mr. Isreal isn't exactly on the slim fast diet.

Where does one find out what is considered over/under weight for their height anyway?

Yeah I must say this is an unexpected and really a nice surprise.

May I say that I have a personal goal of falling into the obese category by drinking mass quantities of alcohol. :rock

I am 6'3. 200lbs is the limit of "healthy"? If I was 200 lbs I'd be a stick figure. I do have a large frame to begin with and 200lbs would have me looking like the male N. Portman.

Yeah healthy is a crazy thing. We have a wellness coordinator that teaches things to our groups. Did you know that a healthy portion of red meat for dinner is no bigger than a deck of cards? I eat at least over a pound of steak when I sit down for a meal like that. What is this world coming too?

That's funny. I'm 5'11" 185 pounds, but my weight is all muscle with 5% body fat, and that thing tells me i'm almost obese...BAAAAAAAAA.

I want to know who made that crappy chart. THey obviously don't eat at all

I have seen charts like this before and they are all close to the same. They take nothing into account at all such as frame size, body fat % or anything esle. It's supposed to be a general guide, but it's BS.

They use BMI as a baseline. Its good basis for regular people, but it can be to generic. There are a number of pro athlete's that would be considered obese and have very low body fat levels. It can't and does not take into the fact a body could be mostly muscle which weights much more then fat and that will skew the results. The only truly good way to determine this is a body fat test.
