They should have different ranges for whether you are male or female. Guys tend to carry more muscle than girls. I did it and I think it looks right for me (and based on my doctor and the trainer at the gym).

Good to know that within 2 more weeks (5 pounds) I should hit my ideal weight!!!! (as long as McHavyck doesn't temp me into not going to the gym with his wiley ways).

I have a tendency when I'm letting loose to combine the word Monkey with various curse words.

I don't think the word "lady" really is the "pronoun" for me, especially with the things that come out of my mouth.
